Shipping
What is the delivery time?
Orders within India are shipped within 2-3 working days and delivered within 4 – 8 working days, and International orders are shipped within 2-3 working days and delivered within 7 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is charged based on the order value. Your order may qualify for free shipping. Please check the shipping cost in your check out page.
- Orders below INR 1299 are charged with Shipping fee.
- The final order value and shipping fee is calculated post application of any ‘coupon benefit’, discounts and offers.
- The threshold values can change, please review the Shipping Fee at the time of checkout
Do you offer COD?
- Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
- COD is available only for orders below INR.999.
- COD charges applicable.
- Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.
Shipping of Returns
- We offer a reverse pickup service for most pin codes, allowing us to collect your order from your delivery address. In the event that reverse pickup isn’t available for your pin code, you’ll need to arrange the return shipment yourself.
- If you’ve received a product that doesn’t fit and require a replacement, please contact our team at support@eneri.in. We’re happy to provide you with a new product in the correct size (terms and conditions apply).
- For successfully delivered orders that are later canceled by the customer, a reverse pickup fee of ₹150 will be charged for refunds. Alternatively, you can return the package to us at your own expense.
- Products discounted by more than 30% do not qualify for refund.
- International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product was delivered.
- If you receive a defective product, please send us images, and our team will assist you promptly. In cases of defective or incorrect products, we cover the full cost of delivering the replacement.
- Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. For self-shipped products, we recommend using a reliable local courier service.
- Replacement products will be dispatched once the original item reaches us and passes quality inspection. If the product fails inspection due to use or damage, we cannot proceed with an exchange/refund.
- For exchanges due to customer error in size selection, an additional reverse pickup fee of ₹150 applies. Alternatively, you can return the product to us at this address.
- Shipping charges for returns to our office are non-refundable.
Fair usage Shipping Policy
We always strive to provide the best experience to our customers. However, very rarely, there are some accounts that misuse Eneri’s customer-friendly return service. These accounts typically return more items compared to an average user or frequently choose to not accept their shipments. Eneri reserves the rights to levy shipping fee on customers whose return rates are higher than average and are not adhering to the liberal returns service.
Returns, Cancellations and Exchange
How can I cancel the order?
- You can cancel the order only if the product is not yet shipped. If the product has been shipped then you will have to return the product. You may click here to cancel your order.
Can I return the product
- You nay return the product within 7 days of delivery of the product by clicking HERE.
- Gift wrapped products can only be exchanged.

Can I exchange a product
If a product doesn’t fit correctly and you require a replacement, please reach out to our team at support@eneri.in. We’re delighted to offer you a new product in the required size (terms and conditions apply). Exchanges are available for the same design in the requested size. Please note that exchanges to different designs or colors are not permitted.
How long is return valid?
Products can be retuned within 7 days of delivery of the product.
How long does it take to process returns and exchange?
Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 2 days of receipt of the retuned product.
Approval of return/exchange
Replacements for any returns/exchanges will be dispatched once the returned product reaches us and passes our quality check. If the product fails this check due to signs of use or being in an untidy condition, we regret that we cannot proceed with exchange or refund.
Refunds
Conditions for refund
- Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 15 days of the order being delivered.
- All Returns/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- If not, the return/replacement will not be valid.
- For Refund of orders which were already delivered successfully and then cancelled later by the customer, reverse pickup charge of ₹150 will be applicable.
- COD products are not eligible for refund
- Products with more than 30% discount are not eligible for refund.
- Gift wrapped products can only be exchanged.
- Gift wrapped products are not eligible for refund.
How wil I receive the refund?
All refunds will be initiated directly to your ENERI Wallet only as store credit.
Refund of Shipping Fees
- In case item/ order is returned, shipping fee is not refunded.
- If the entire order is lost or undelivered to the preferred location, the complete order will be resent to the customer without any cost.
- For accounts whose return behavior does not adhere to our fair usage policy, shipping fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value*.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
Refund of cancelled orders
- Cancelled orders will receive a full refund..
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- No refunds for COD orders.
Timeframe of refund
All refunds will be fulfilled within seven days of approval of the refund.
Gift Wraps
Can I request a gift wrap
The product can be delivered to the desired address in a gift wrap at an additional cost. You may choose this option during check out if required.
What does the gift wrap include?
- Gift wrap, box, or bag appropriate for the item
- Decorative ribbon
- Printed card with your gift message on the top of the package
What is the cost of the gift wrap?
Gift wrapping will be provided at an additional non-refundable cost of INR50.

Can I place bulk orders
Yes. We do offer bulk order at attractive discounted prices. Please mail is at support@eneri.in about your requirement.
Can I customise the design
Yes we do provide customised printing. Please mail us at support@eneri.in with your requirements.
Can I add products to my order.
If you place a second order with the same delivery address before the first order is shipped, we can combine the order saving you shipping charges. Please mail us at support@eneri.in as soon as the second order is placed to combine the orders.
